After more than 20 years of barging, Barbara and Berend Gozens created the Clair de Lune to cruise the Canal du Midi. She features large picture windows to capture the light and allow for better viewing, 3 spacious cabins with ensuite bathrooms, a comfortable living/dining salon, a wonderful deck with loungers to relax with a good book or sip on a cocktail and Jacuzzi tub. She is lovingly appointed with Provencal fabrics in melon, yellow, blue and cream and cherry furniture and features Barbara's artwork on the walls.

The Clair de Lune cruises between Beziers and Carcassonne, Carcassonne and Summit and Beziers and Avignon.

Depending upon the time you may want to visit the Oulibo Olive cooperative for a quick tasting and shop in their regional products boutique or drive up to the picturesque
village of Minerve perched upon its cliff top. It was here that during the Cathar crusade at the beginning of the 13th century Catholic Knights from the north burned-alive 150 Cathar heretic priests (known as Perfects) because of their differing faith.
